Because this is a changing product, used, marked or washed items cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

For damage, a wrong item or a manufacturing issue, email photos within 7 days. We will prioritise a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need 5–10 business days.
